Responsibilities
A qualified candidate will
- Develop and execute strategies to build and nurture a strong community around the xLP Network brand.
- Engage with community members across various platforms, including forums, social media, and live events.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere, addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
- Manage and grow the xLP Network’s presence on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
- Create, curate, and share engaging content to drive community participation and brand loyalty.
- Monitor social media trends and conversations, ensuring the brand voice is consistent and aligned with the company’s goals.
- Serve as the primary voice of the xLP Network community, ensuring all communications are consistent with the brand’s tone and values.
- Develop and maintain guidelines for community interaction, ensuring all team members and ambassadors adhere to them.
- Plan and coordinate online and offline events to engage the community, including AMAs (Ask Me Anything), webinars, meetups, and conferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and measure their success.
- Track and analyze community growth, engagement, and feedback.
- Provide regular reports to management on community metrics and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in community management, especially within the blockchain or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies.
