Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will

• Build the bridge between brands and the community
• Be the brand voice for an exciting global brand - interacting with the community via the series event, and conceptualizing cool ways to connect Builders with VCs and Foundations
• Cross-collaborate with the Founding Team and partners, and keep up to date with pop culture, trends, creative communities, and new technologies to develop amazing social content for the global market
• Post as the brand’s account on social networks, responsible for posts, replies, and general content
• Find champion solutions on new ways to engage the digital community, as advocates of the brand
• Brainstorm ideas on how to recruit more community members for the brand, across social and digital platforms
• Identify creative partners or collaborations in APAC, with global connectivity
• Measuring and providing reports on growth and engagement statistics for your channel

Qualifications

• Work experience in CS or similar roles (Having experience in fintech & blockchain is essential)
• Understanding of the web3 space and the ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience
• Passion for community building and a genuine desire to foster a positive and inclusive community.
• Familiarity with social media, databases, and professional networks
• Demonstrable experience managing communities and a team of moderators
• Organized and able to coordinate different projects
