Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will

Co-operating with the foundation team to research the quant finance model, layer-1 blockchain network, and layer-2 protocols that focus on liquidity growth for the decentralized economy.
Work closely with the smart contract team to develop and build new core protocols. Also, improve the stability and reliability of in-house DApps.
Research and write technical solution details about other blockchain networks & defi protocols to integrate them into our system.
Understanding innovative techniques and the technologies from which blockchain is mainly built, such as consensus, EVM and storage, client’s architecture and infrastructure, distributed systems, Inter-Blockchain Communication as well as other external services.
Researching different blockchains’ scalability solutions and layer 2, as well as the trade-offs between scalability and decentralization of each chain.
Keeping track of fluctuations in technology, communities, applications, and other events to keep abreast of the ecosystem’s orientation.
Studying and transferring cryptography libraries & tools for the engineering team.
Brainstorm and ideate on new protocol designs
Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources
Training other members to improve the competence of the team.

Qualifications

Good background in blockchain technology, distributed systems, and computer science.
Experienced in designing and implementing distributed systems.
Extensive research experience, and good analytical and synthesis ability.
Excellent English for reading, writing, and verbal communication specializing in technical documents.
